Yeah-what's a Fairy Cake?Life in the States is going well. Going to Hayley's for Thanksgiving! A "Destination" Holiday:-) We finally decided to cook(we were going to eat out) but we all want Thanksgiving leftovers:-)
A fairy Cake is:4oz caster sugar4oz Self raising flour4oz Marg2 eggsBeat the sugar and marg until a soft paste.Add one egg and stir.Add 1/2 flour and stir.Repeat.(Add drop of vanilla essence)Spoon (teaspoon) in small cake cases (smaller than cup-cake cases).cook for 15mins on gas 5/ 200 degrees F.Ice as taste dictates.eat and enjoy!

Beat the sugar and marg until a soft paste.
Add one egg and stir.
Add 1/2 flour and stir.
Repeat.
(Add drop of vanilla essence)
Spoon (teaspoon) in small cake cases (smaller than cup-cake cases).
cook for 15mins on gas 5/ 200 degrees F.
Ice as taste dictates.
